Lasagne

Follow this lovely lasagne recipe and don’t forget to add your own sprinkle of Italian passion. You’re certain to make another family dinner even more delicious.

Serves 3-4 • Ready in 45mins

You Will Need

Method

  1. Place 500g of minced beef into a saucepan and stir over a medium heat for 5 minutes or until lightly browned all over.
  2. Pour off any excess fat.
  3. Pour in the contents of one jar of Ragu Red Lasagne Sauce and bring to the boil stirring occasionally
  4. Allow to simmer for 10 minutes ensuring the meat is thoroughly cooked. Spread a layer of the mince mixture on the bottom of an ovenproof dish.
  5. Cover with a layer of ready to use lasagne sheets and coat with a layer of Ragu White Lasagne Sauce Repeat finishing with a layer of the white sauce.
  6. Sprinkle with grated cheese and cook in a pre-heated oven at 180°C/ gas mark 4/350°F for approx 30 minutes until golden brown
