Napolina Chicken

We're bringing the Mediterranean to you with this delicious dish!

Serves 2-3 • Ready in Ready in 10 minutes

You Will Need

  • 2-3 boneless chicken breast fillets
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 pot of Ragu Sun-dried Tomato & Black Olive sauce
  • A small handful of torn basil leaves for garnish
  • Cous cous, cheese and fresh salad to serve


  1. Season boneless chicken breasts and cook gently on a griddle pan or frying pan with a little olive oil until cooked and the juices run clear, approximately 8-10 minutes
  2. Heat sauce on the hob or in the microwave according to cooking instructions
  3. Pour sauce over the chicken fillets and garnish with torn basil leaves
  4. Serve with cous cous, a sprinkling of cheese and fresh salad
