Salmon Primavera

Try something new with your salmon!  Quick to cook and absolutely delicious, this dish will not disappoint!

Serves 2-3 • Ready in Ready in 15 minutes

You Will Need

  • 2-3 salmon steaks
  • 1 tsp olive oil
  • A knob of butter
  • 1 pot of Ragu Primavera sauce
  • A small handful of torn basil leaves
  • Tagliatelle and garlic bread to serve


  1. Cook salmon in the olive oil and butter in the oven or in a frying pan
  2. Heat the sauce on the hob or in a microwave and pour over the salmon, sprinkle with torn basil leaves
  3. Serve with tagliatelle pasta and garlic bread
