Spicy Turkey Escallops

With this recipe turkey will never be boring again!

Serves 2-3 • Ready in Ready in 15 minutes

You Will Need

  • 2-3 turkey escalopes
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 knob of butter
  • 1 pot of Ragu Arrabiata sauce
  • Small handful of grated cheese
  • Sauteed potatoes and green beans to serve


  1. Season turkey escallops and cook in a little olive oil and butter in a griddle pan or frying pan
  2. Heat the sauce on the hob or in a microwave and pour over the sauce
  3. Sprinkle with grated cheddar cheese and brown under the grill
  4. Serve with sauteed potatoes and green beans
